What we fix

The three most common calls: water pours over the front in the rain, a section is pulling off the fascia, or the gutter leaks at the seam. Each has a different cause. We look at the gutter first, then tell you what the fix is and what it costs.

1. Diagnose first

   Water over the front is usually a clog or a wrong slope. We find the cause before we quote the fix.

2. Reseal seams and joints

   Seams that have opened up are resealed. We use the right sealant for aluminum and check adjacent seams at the same time.

3. Reslope the run

   If water pools instead of draining to the downspout, the slope is wrong. We reslope (not repitch) the affected section.

4. Reattach sections pulling off the fascia

   Sections that have pulled away from the fascia are reattached with new hangers. We check the fascia board for rot first.

5. Downspout extensions and drainage

   Downspout extensions and drainage work done on the same visit when needed.

When repair makes sense vs. replacement

If the problem is isolated to one or two sections and the rest of the gutter system is in good shape, repair makes sense. If multiple runs are resloped wrong, pulling away in several places, or leaking at most seams, replacement is more cost-effective. We tell you which one we recommend and why.
