What we pressure wash

Concrete drives, paver patios, walkways and garage floors. We match the pressure to the surface: concrete takes more than pavers, and we don’t use the same setting for both.

1. Assess the surface

   Concrete, pavers, stamped concrete and brick each have different pressure and detergent requirements. We check before we start.

2. Pre-treat oil and stains

   Oil stains and heavy organic buildup get a pre-treatment before the wash. Not all stains come out, and we tell you upfront what to expect.

3. Wash and rinse

   Washed at the right pressure for the surface, rinsed clean. Pavers are checked to make sure no polymeric sand has been displaced.

Book it with a gutter cleaning

A lot of customers add a driveway wash to a gutter cleaning appointment. One visit, two jobs, and the driveway quote can be given when we’re there for the gutters.

What we don’t pressure wash

We don’t pressure wash siding, roofs, or fences. Soft washing is the right process for siding and roofs. We’ll tell you which service fits what you need.
